We paid 18.00 ea night and we really enjoyed our stay. We will be coming back in Sept.
Camping- the rv campsites and drives are all concrete with picnic tables on a slab. All back in sites. You may need extra hose for water hookup and extra cord for electrical depending upon the site you get. Most sites seemed to be fairly level. There is another upper campsite on a hill that somewhat overlooks the lake. Its only advantage is that you wont have to walk too far to get to the lake. We drove wherever we wanted to go.
This is one beautiful park. There are basically two sides of this park. On one side of the lake you will find plenty of parking, shore fishing, handicap access fishing, a swimming beach and boat ramp. On the other side you will find cabins, rv camping, showers, a boat ramp, a fish cleaning station, a dump station and dumpsters.
Fishing- We shore fished on the Recreation side and used spinner baits with very good success from 7-9pm. There are some jetties around the lake also.
Very nice, had not been there in years.
Reservations- All sites are first come first served although you can show up and reserve one without having your camper. I thought this was unfair for those of us that travel longer distances and cant just show up to do this.
